Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times 🇪🇺 Europe (Fast EU Delivery): 3–7 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse. 🌍 International Shipping: 14–30 business days depending on the destination country. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the buyer's location and carrier workload.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight and destination country. Free shipping may be available when a minimum order amount is reached — current conditions are displayed on the website.

Delivery Regions We deliver across Europe and to many other countries worldwide. The full list of available countries is displayed at checkout.

Shipping to Canada Delivery to Canada is only available for items shipped from our warehouse in China (Fulfillment). Products from US-based suppliers cannot be shipped to Canada. Maximum parcel weight: 3 kg. Estimated delivery: 11–15 business days plus 1–3 business days for order processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.

Delivery Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us.

Customs Duties and Taxes For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the product price. For orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.
